Returns & Exchange
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted once delivered.
Return is allowed only if the product is damaged, defective, or a wrong item is received.
Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
2. Refunds
Refund is processed only after verification of the issue.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
No refund for opened, used, or partially consumed products.
3. Replacements
If eligible, a replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval of the complaint.
4. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
The company may cancel an order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued and credited within 5–7 business days.
